Uhuru Na Haki za Binadamu

Freedom and human rights are fundamental pillars of any democratic society. The Communist Party of Kenya reaffirms its unwavering commitment to the defense and promotion of human rights for all citizens, particularly the working class and marginalized communities who have historically been denied their basic rights.

In Kenya today, millions of citizens continue to face economic hardship, lack of access to quality healthcare, education, and adequate housing. These are not just economic issues—they are fundamental human rights violations that demand urgent attention and action.

CPK believes that true freedom can only be achieved when the means of production and distribution serve the needs of all people rather than the profits of a few capitalists. We call upon all progressive Kenyans to join us in the struggle for a society where human dignity is respected and where every citizen can enjoy the fruits of their labor.

The struggle for human rights in Kenya is inseparable from the struggle against imperialism, neocolonialism, and capitalism. Only through socialist transformation can we truly guarantee the rights of all people to live with dignity, security, and prosperity.

The Communist Party of Kenya

A revolutionary political organization dedicated to the struggle for socialism and Pan-Africanism

The Communist Party of Kenya (CPK) is a revolutionary political organization committed to the struggle for social justice, economic equality, and the emancipation of the working people of Kenya from all forms of exploitation and oppression.

Founded on the principles of scientific socialism and Pan-Africanism, CPK seeks to build a society where the resources and wealth of our nation serve the needs of all citizens rather than the profits of a few. Our party is guided by the revolutionary wisdom of Marx, Engels, Lenin, and Mao Zedong, adapted to the specific conditions of Kenyan and African society.

We draw inspiration from the struggles of our ancestors against colonial domination and our continued fight against neocolonialism and imperialism. The party was established to provide a clear political alternative to the corrupt and inefficient systems that have plagued our nation since independence.
